Mustard Making

Greetings Borealis,

Master Jean will be hosting a class on making period mustard based on the recipe found in the Good Man of Paris. Come out and make one of the most common condiments of the Middle Ages. There is no charge for the course, but you should bring a mortar and pestle and a small container for your mustard. If you don’t have a mortar and pestle, several will be on hand for borrowing.
